Program Selection Of Construction Project Based On Green Building Theory

As society advances, green building has become a fundamental issue in todays engineering practice. It is the key to implement green evaluation of the project program during the early life-cycle management. This paper establishes a decision-making model of project selection based on improved analytic hierarchy (IAHP) and on ordinal interval numbers sort of ideal point program, and applies the model to a primary highway construction program. Case analysis shows it is a simple fast evaluation method, and it suits for the initial optimization of the project when information is lack during the planning period.
