Research on present development situation appraisal and countermeasures about low- carbon economy of state-owned forest in Heilongjiang

摘要：

This article proceeding from the concept and characteristics of low-carbon economy, with the specific features of state-owned forest in Heilongjiang Province, designs a evaluation index system of low-carbon economic development level.Then factor analysis and AHP is applied to determine the weight of each subsystem and then according to the result of the general evaluating analyzes the existing problems and give further countermeasures about the development of low-carbon economyof stateowned forest in Heilongjiang.
