Research on Fast Pyrolysis Process for Bio-oil with Richful Polyphenols by Spouted- circulated-fluidized Bed

In this paper , spouted-circulated-fluidized bed (SCFB) fast pyrolis experiments have been conducted on a sample of Larix gmelinii to determine the effect of reaction temperature,particle size, feed rate and gas flow on the content of phenolic compounds in biooil and to optimize the process with the purpose of increasing the phenolic content of bio-oil. The result indicated that the reaction temperature and particle size were the main factors, the optimized process was: reaction temperature 823K, particle size 0.3mm-0.45mm, feed rate 50 r ? min-1, gas flow 15m3? h-1.
