Team Collaborations in Environment Design

摘要：

Environment engineering design has been becoming a comprehensive activity for which effective solutions depend upon cooperation of various professionals . Thus communication is very important, in which the integration of specialized knowledge and the negotiation of differences between team members are needed. Based on a water treatment project, this research investigates how a communication system and procedure would affect the team collaborations in social and technical aspects. In the research, multiple approaches are applied in data collection and data analysis.
