Survey on Rural Female Elites Current Condition: Using Position Generator as the Analysis Instrument

摘要：

A research is taken on the current condition of rural female communists, and the construction of the social capital is mentioned particularly. The study is based on survey data from 440 female party members in Liaoning province, and the position generator instrument was introduced as the analysis tool. The paper illustrates the structure and application of social support network of rural female communist, and gives a deep explication on the reason why socialeconomical development of rural female communist is hampered from the view of social capital theory. At the end, some advises are promoted, in order to improve the rural female communists social capital.
