Influence of Marriage and Childbearing on the Career Development of Women in Shandong Southwest Rural Areas——Empirical Analysis Based on Sanli Village Shandong Province
Influence of marriage and childbearing on the career development of women in rural areas has not been seen for a long time, it has been hidden in the appearance of under-agricultural employment, and began coming to view with a large number of agricultural population shift to cites.We can see the difficulties of career development of women in rural areas is far greater than professional women in city areas. Because of marriage and childbearing, most women become purely rural housewife, and under the pressure of life, they lost the fuzzy longing of self-development and selfactualization. Therefore, the study of this topic is important for improving the dominant position of rural women and important fo building a socialist new countryside.
