Female College Teachers Occupation Development in Protection of Rights and Interests
The increase in the number of college female teachers and female teachers occupation quality reduce become now in development is not harmonious important phenomenon, because of various factors and the influence of relevant system, so that the female teachers in Colleges and universities can not really develop their own occupation, the occupation development rights infringement, also cannot undertake relief, which have a direct influence the college development, to carry out the basic national policy of equality between men and women is bad, this paper aims to explore these questions, through law and relevant system to build a full range of female teacher occupation development rights protection mechanism.
