The Ways of Cultivating and Developing the International Business Women Under the Economic Globalization Context
Because of the continuous development of the economic globalization and the Chinas foreign trade, international business personnel continue to grow, especially the females. Women have unparalleled advantages in the international business activities. According to statistics, the proportion of women in international business affairs will reach more than 60％. However, in actual international business activities, especially among the current international business female personnel, there are still many problems to be solved. An effective way to solve these problems is to explore a way for the training and development of the international business women: Firstly, to strengthen the training of people with high-level talents; secondly, to improve their overall quality; thirdly, to develop the innovation capacity; fourthly, to develop the cross-cultural competence; fifthly, to cultivate a good image in foreign affairs.
