Liang Qichaos View on Womens Literature and Womens Emotion
This paper gives a brief introduction to Liang Qichaos support and promotion on civil rights and feminist movement from the turn of 19-20 centuries to May Fourth Movement Period, and his research on womens literature and womens emotion. Liangs Arguments on Womens Literature and Womens Emotion pass out the modern ideas of gender equality and respect for women, through analyzing poetry and essays of ancient literature, so as to promote the proper development of modern womens literature and womens emotion. That was the rare thematic article during modern Enlightenment movement. Though there are some questionable individual views and opinions, his overall thoughts and wishes are still full of good reference, and worthy of learning and promoting.
