Gender-based Teaching in Higher Vocational Education

Since the 21st century, higher vocation education has become one of the strategic choices for the countries all over the world to develop the economy, improved the livelihood of the people and promoted social harmony. However, the higher vocational education is of little note of the female college students, as well as gender consciousness. All of them are already reflected in higher vocational education theory, policy and practice. The lack of gender-based teaching for girls will inevitably affect the good development of the higher vocational education and its social role. Its the premise of gender-based teaching to understand correctly the differences between men and women. On the other hand, designing the pattern of higher vocational education teaching according to the girl characteristics can ensure the implement of gender-based teaching which can make girls get comprehensive development, and suit the society to the specific requirements of female talents as well.
