Female College Students Physical Education and Psychological Health Research
Female college students are an intellectual group with modern ideas and vigor, but their health state is far worrying and mental illness is a major cause of their drop-out. Physical education is a main part of school education. Physical exercise contributes to mental health has become a consensus. Using experimental method and scale survey, this research compares the impacts of different exercise time on female students mental health, aimed at providing inferences and guidance to solving their psychological problems. Its concluded one-hour-perdays exercise is more effective than one-hour-perdays in maintaining their mental health. Exercise time plays an important part.
