A Study on the Influencing Factors of the Growth of Modern Chinese Female Intellectuals
Since Chinese female intellectuals stepped onto the stage of history in the Late Qing Dynasty and the Early Republican China, Gender Equality has turned gradually from a concept to a national policy, and the radical feminism which denied and even subverted the gender differences has resounded through female theories. Up to now, more and more modern women come into public view, and many elite female figures can be seen in the political, business and academic circles. But the growth path of female intellectuals still seems to be full of paradox and difficulties. In this paper, the author tries to analyze the influencing factors of the growth of female intellectuals from the womens desire and motivation of education, society, and the education environment, family education background and regional culture and other aspects.
