The Researches on the Path to Cultivating Female Students Entrepreneurial Skills in Colleges and Universities

摘要：

As the number of female graduates in colleges and universities is increasing yearly, the employment pressure for girls is expected to be even higher. The roadblock of limiting the temporary female graduates to look for a job is that female graduates lack the consciousness of starting a business and the capacity for being their own boss. The paper is about the research for the scientific path to cultivating entrepreneurial skills for girl students in colleges and universities through analyzing the leading cause of their lacking the capacity for launching their own business.
