Analysis of the Advantages and Characteristic Cultivation of Female Designers
As we move into the modern society, especially the low carbon economic society, Design originality industry has gradually become the pillar industry for economic development. It pays more attention to the originality and humanity of design, which is the important mission shouldered by designers. All the time, male designers are the main force of this industry. However, with the development of economy and culture, this pattern is being changed gradually. Because of the special advantages of their own, female designers are gradually being attached more importance in the field of design. Therefore, we can see that a female designer has a broad development world. As a reserved force, the cultivation of designers has become an important proposition. How should we cultivate female designers according to their characteristics especially their advantages in order to reach their potential and to achieve the best results. This paper aims to found the best road of cultivating female designers through analyzing the current development trends in the design industry and mining advantageous potentials of female designers. It also provides new ideas for characteristic education of design.
