Female College Students Employment Status and Analysis of Countermeasure
With the increasing employment pressure of college students, female college students employment, which is in the circumstances of fewer employment opportunities and low satisfaction, has become an inevitable social problem. Females working ability, different employment ideas and physiological factors, as well as employers pursuing of maximum profit and their improper understanding of cultivating female college students become the main reasons of female college students difficult employment. Therefore, female college students should strengthen the scientific education of Three Views, correct employment attitude, to obtain diversified employment; meanwhile they should improve their comprehensive quality, so as to enhance their employment ability. The school shall strengthen the education of vocational guidance and improve students employment skills. The main countermeasures of solving the problem is rely on the government to change the social environment.
