Developing Support System for Making Posters with Interactive Evolutionary Computation

摘要：

We developed a support system for designing a poster with interactive evolutionary computation (TEC). Our system uses IEC to decide the values of parameters such as size or color of each object (text and images) for the poster. Users can group objects and rate them. This allows the system to adjust the poster design according to design theory. They can also decide the positions of objects easily by the two types of algorithms. A subjective evaluation test revealed that our system can increase the beauty and interestingness values of the poster according to users artistic values.
