Partner Selection for Design Chain Based on Osculating Value Method
Partner selection is an important content for design chain management and directly impacts the operational quality or the success or failure of design chain. In order to effectively select the partner, a comprehensive selection system of design chain was firstly given. An effective evaluation method of osculating value was proposed due to the subjective characteristics of this method. The specific evaluation steps were also given. Finally, an electronics case was given to proof the validity of the index system and proposed method.
