Dynamic analysis of supercritical carbon dioxide condenser

With established the finite element model of microchannel flat tube in ANSYS, a solid model is created and meshed, modal analysis is carried out, and the natural frequencies and mode shapes of the structure can be got. On the base of harmonic response analysis, modal analysis is carried out and the vibration pattern and displacement response of different types of microtubules under the same action of excitation force can be got. The results showed that the flat tube produces a relatively smaller magnitude of the displacement under the support of the fin and the fin plays an effective supporting role. When the size of the micro-diameter tube is changed, harmonic response analysis is carried out. Large-diameter flat tube produces bigger displacement. Because of its thinner wall, it is likely to vibrate under the action of the same surface exciting force.
