Research of Overload Control Algorithm Fairness Based on Parlay

摘要：

To solve the overload control algorithm requirement based on Parlay, the use of a fair factor to prove the fairness of the overload control algorithm is presented in this paper. The simulation shows that this way can effectively solve the overload control algorithm fairness problem; its more intuitive, and easy to understand.
