The Study About Indicator of Cash Conversion Cycle and Its Impact on the Profitability

摘要：

This paper reviews the indicators of cash conversion cycle and their impact on the profitability of the study from two aspects. First author describes cash conversion cycle, and then use literature study method explains its impact on the profitability. Most of study shows that reducing cash flow could enhance the profitability. The author hopes study will be helpful for the future research.
