Stakeholders of Farmers Specialized Cooperative Economic Organizations: Framework and Influence
Farmers specialized cooperative economic organization (FSCEO) is a contract aggregate of stakeholders. Survival and development of enterprises is inseparable from the support of the stakeholders. But the stakeholders are not homogeneous, different stakeholders influence to the organizations is not the same. This paper constructed a framework about the stakeholders of farmers specialized cooperative economic organizations, and divided stakeholders into direct stakeholders and indirect stakeholders. The author conducted a survey on the development of FSCEO in some counties and cities of Liaoning province, making use of some of the latest statistical data, analyzed the main stakeholders influence to farmers specialized cooperative economic organizations. As a result, from farmers level, the main factors influencing the development of farmers specialized cooperative economic organizations concentrate in the difficulties in the agricultural products selling, informations which bring opportunities for peasants and so on. Leading enterprises guides peasants to form a cooperative organization, which forms stable cooperative relation between enterprises and peasants, and makes full use of advantages of leading enterprises and professional cooperative economic organizations at the same time.The government should play an important role in the growing and developing of the farmers specialized cooperative organizations to avoid market weakness.
