Research on ERM of Technological Start-up Enterprises

摘要：

Based on analyzing the connotation of risk characteristics and ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) of technological start-up enterprises, this article is indicated that ERM of technological start-up enterprises is mainly determined by following key factors, including scientific risk assessment, risk preference analysis and coping strategy, subdivided conception and responsibilities of ERM among every link of value chain, and integrated management to risk factors. Considering the characteristics of technological start-up enterprises, builds the enterprise-wide risk control system based on risk management plan, risk early warning system, risk contingency plans, and risk monitoring action process.
