Internal Control Optimization Based on Corporate Governance

摘要：

The theme of this paper is to optimize internal control system based on corporate governance. Through literature study, this paper mainly uses qualitative analysis method to analyze the relationship between corporate governance and internal control; then points out existing problems of enterprise internal control in our country. It draws a conclusion that internal control would be strengthened only when corporate governance is complete. Effective measures to optimize internal control based on corporate governance are put forward finally.
