Research on Liability Risk Management in Chinese Colleges and Universities

摘要：

Liabilities of Chinese universities have become an issue attracting extensive attention, and there exist huge hidden financial risks. This article is to analyze the reasons for huge liabilities of colleges and universities from two aspects, i.e. colleges and universities and banks, especially exploring the financial risks and their cures. And this article finds out that there are natural conditions forming the huge liabilities and that financial risks are urgently to be solved.
