Innovation-oriented Human Capital Management Practice of Foreign-funded High-tech Enterprise with Economic Transition
With the background of Chinas economic transition, this article analyses foreign-funded high-tech enterprise human capital investment on competitiveness. By means of a questionnaire, extract human capital input variables, drawing by Likert five-level scale, verify the importance of seven human capital input indicators for the enterprises competitiveness. And built a model of human capital management practice, which means that enterprises enter variables in human capital, through effective human resources management practices, access to maximize human capital output and bring about high efficiency technology innovation outputs, by the role of this mediator of technical innovation, realize the value of human capital, and ultimately enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
