Financial Support Route Selection for the Changchun-Jilin-Tumen Pilot Zone Construction
This paper focuses on the development goals of the Changchun-Jilin-Tumen Pilot Zone, bases on the current condition of the financial industry in Jilin province and the capital supply and demand relationship in Changchun-Jilin-Tumen Pilot Zone; this article puts emphasis on solving the systematic financing bottleneck problem, proposes some policies and measures such as standardizing the development of the financing platform, widening the investment and financing channel, improving risk management system, building financial ecological environment developing the financial market system and activating the folk capital. These measures and policies guarantee the financing of the Changchun-Jilin-Tumen Pilot Zone construction, and all of them will provide decisionmaking references for building an integrated, scientific and sustainable financing system in the creative development of the Changchun-Jilin-Tumen Pilot Zone.
