Chinese Human Resource Management Practices and Their Effects-The Comparative Study of State-Owned Enterprises and Private Enterprises
Human resource management is the most important part of business management. This study is based on the five functions of human resource management, establishes their own measurements and set stateowned enterprises and private enterprises as study targets. We compare the differences in human resource management of these two forms of enterprises in human resource management and focus on the path and effect of how the human resource management plays a role. Empirical study found that Chinese enterprises have many deficiencies in human resource management, but overall state-owned enterprises do better than private enterprises; various measures of human resources management are directly or indirectly play an active impact to corporate culture, staff morale and business performance.
