Study on Corporate Social Responsibility of Foreign-invested Enterprises

摘要：

This paper defines the concept and contents of corporate social responsibility. Based on CSR development report provided by Chinese academy of Social Sciences, the paper evaluates the level of foreign-invested enterprises CSR and points out that their level is much lower than Chinese domestic enterprises. Reasons caused that problem then are analyzed. Finally, reasonable measures to strengthen social responsibility of foreign-invested enterprises are put forward from several aspects such as law, government, enterprises and social power.
