Study of Management Environment Changes of Mold Manufacturing Joint Venture Enterprise Funded by Yamaha

摘要：

This thesis, against a background of rapid development of Chinese economy, with the object of joint venture enterprises founded by Japanese mold enterprises and Chinese private enterprises, on the basis of internal and external management environment changes of Sino-Japanese mold joint venture enterprise, analyzes the establishment and development of Sino-Japanese joint venture enterprises in the period of rapid development of Chinese economy and its management environment changes, and gives an outlook on future management environment of Sino-Japanese mold joint venture enterprises, to provide references to foreign enterprises, especially foreign mold manufacturers, who plan to found joint venture enterprises in China.
