Analysis of Assessment Method about the Flight Technical Error Based on Johnson Curves
Ensured navigation performance and standardized functionality of RNP allow new procedures to be designed for airports where infrastructure or terrain makes it difficult or impossible to use some runways.Aircraft must be approved as being able to meet the RNP.Based on theory of statistical process control, this paper evaluates the flight technical error in optimal curve fitting of the distributions Johnson’s.The concrete parameter selection, the selection process Johnson curves and a concrete model are given.The results of analysis can be used to the evaluation of flight technical error.
