Study of maintenance task generation concept model to virtual maintenance

摘要：

In order to satisfy the virtual maintenance system for the tasks generation and management, the maintenance task identification, the structure of maintenance task content and the concept model task generation are studied.Researches on the input data of maintenance task identification has been done from the Product Data Management (PDM), CAD/CAE/CAM, maintenance application data and airworthiness related standards, meanwhile, puts forward the generating conceptual model of maintenance tasks identification; The maintenance task content module is constructed based on maintenance programming, and the generating conceptual model of maintenance tasks content module is proposed combined with Parameterized Action Representation (PAR) and the operational procedures of extended maintenance tasks; Finally, combined with the demands of tasks of virtual maintenance system, the tasks generation and validation concept generation models of virtual maintenance system are put forward.Using this concept model, the generation and management of virtual maintenance tasks identification and content can be provided with uniform methods model.
