Heat transfer and flow analysis in radiation chamber tubes of furnace
This paper describes the main features of furnace in the oil refining units, does a numerical experiment to vacuum furnace. According to the requirements of the actual production process, selected vertical lying tube furnace. This paper analyses the complex heat transfer process and flow process in the radiation chamber tubes of the vertical lying tube furnace, discusses the problem of radiation chamber tubes safe operation, so as to avoid the media cracking and coking, to ensure product quality and increases product yield, and to ensure the furnace long-period, stable, safe operation.
