Research about Efficiency Improvement according to the mixing ratio of TiO2 particle size In dye-sensitized solar cells
there are several ways of increasing photoelectric transformation Efficiency of DSSC(Dye Sensitized Solar Cell). In this paper introduce difference of efficiency according to the size of TiO2 particles and the mixing ratio of the each TiO2 particles, first, each TiO2 particle of 10nm size and 300nm size is measured that efficiency of DSSC by stacking three times about 3μm each. On the other hand, efficiency of DSSC were investigated according to method by mixing 90% of lOnm TiO2 and 10% of 300nm, by mixing 70% of lOnm TiO2 and 30% of 300nm, by mixing 50% of 10nm TiO2 and 50% of 300nm.
