Study on the Influence of Cattle Wastewater Pretreatment Technologies on Hydrogen Production by Mixed Photosynthetic Bacteria

摘要：

This article focuses on the influence of cattle wastewater pretreatment technologys to hydrogen production by photosynthetic bacteria. The author discusses the influence of different pretreatment methods to the concentration of cattle wastewater, and draws the conclusion that the best pretreatment technology is in the condition of darkness and with oxygen. By applying that technology, the influence of different temperatures and pHs on hydrogen production is also discussed.With the response surface method, the best pretreatment temperature and pH are obtained as 32.1°Cand 6 respectively
