EFFECT OF Ni2+ ON HYDROGEN PRODUCTION OF PHOTOSYNTHETIC BACTERIA
At present, photosynthetic biological hydrogen production technology has been gradually mature, many domestic and foreign scholars research and discuss many kinds of problems existing in photosynthetic bio-hydrogen production, but there is little research on the effect of adding promoting agents, inhibitors and some metal solution on photosynthetic biohydrogen.This article researches effect of adding different concentrations Ni2+ solution on photosynthetic bacteria produce hydrogen by many experiments.The results indicate that adding appropriate Ni2+ solution in the photosynthesis production hydrogen medium has a significant improvement in the growth of photosynthetic bacteria and photosynthetic organisms hydrogen production.There is an appropriate range for 0 to 0.006 mg/mL Ni2+ standard solution. However once it is more than the range, it plays a part for inhibition.
