Column Strength and Stability Analysis of Column Pipe Automatic Transferring System
Pipe automatic operating system uses mechanical,hydraulic and control technology, replace manual operation by using mechanical equipment,it is an effective way to make drilling safe,healthy and efficient.In the paper,the general mechanical structure,and working principle of the column pipe automatic transferring system of land rig are introduced.The strength and stability analysis of column are presented.provided a way of strength and stability analysis. In recent years,world countries evolutionary conduct deep scientific drillingjn order to uncover the evolution mystery of continental crust,and more effective to looking for resources, protecting the environment,easing disasters.Therefore,we need to develop new special mainland rig of more deep drilling method that suitable for complex formation coring drilling. In the drill up and down process we needs to transport the drill pipe between second platform entrance,pipe box and the wellhead.The traditional pipe transfer way needs staff contact with drill pipe directly,cooperate with derrick driller,drilling and mast workers.have a bit inadvertent may cause an accidentl.Pipe transferring system can replace artificial complete the above process.In the drill up and down process, the system takes on operation of pipe clamping, hoisting, down,translation and rotation.to realize pipe automatic transmission and racking,etc.This system could obviously reduce labor intensity of drilling,enhance security,quicken speed,which is aeffective way to realize drilling safe, healthy and efficient2. At present,research and application on automated transfer system is more in abroad but less in domestic,pipe transmission is more dependent on artificially operation or realize the automatic transmission partly,can not meet the requirement of modern automation drilling3,so pipe transferring system used for deep drilling is needc. Pipe transferring system has different forms, it can be divided into the column, bridge type, robots type,etc.This article introduce a set of column system applied to geological survey of land rig.It has the advantages of simple structure,little occupy space, broad work scope and easy to control.
