SURVEY URVEY OF PAPER MACHNIE DRYER SYSTEM – A METHOD TO ANALYSIS NALYSIS ENERGY EFFICIENCY FOR CORRUGATED PAPER DRYING PROCESS

摘要：

As one of the major energy consumers in paper mills, the paper machine dryer system plays an important role in energy efficiency.A survey method with the purpose of improving energy efficiency for paper machine dryer system was presented.A corrugated paper machine was chosen as the case to illustrate it thoroughly.The methodology and instruments used for data collecting were also introduced in this work.After that the energy improvement opportunities as well as energy conservation potentials were outlined based on the results.The proposed method also applied to other paper drying processes for improving their energy efficiency effectively.
