THE EFFECT OF HIGH-PRESSURE AND HIGH-TEMPERATURE DRYING TREATMENT ON THE DERESINATION RATE INNER MASSON PINE

this paper conforms that it is possible to use high-temperature and high-pressure schedules to treat masson pine to reduce the content of oil in it.And it also have discussed the effect of drying temperature, absolute pressure and the holding time on the deresination rate inner masson pine, then the model between the deresination rate and the drying temperature, absolute pressure and the holding time was established.The results indicated that, the deoiling rate can be increased from 7.14% to 87.04% at the temperature of 150 to 200℃, at the absolute pressure of 0.1 to 0.6MPa and at the holding time of 1 to 3 hours; The model among drying temperature(t), absolute pressure(p), holding time(τ) and the deresination rate(Y) is Y=0.284t+113.424p+3.518τ-42.486 and the related coefficient R2 is 0.930; Comparing with drying temperature and holding time, absolute pressure plays an significant role in the deresination process.This study could give the theoretical direction to the practical production.
