ONLINE SAMPLING DEVICES FOR GRAIN MOISTURE

摘要：

To solve the problem of uneven distribution of sampling grains existing in grain’s moisture online detection devices, this paper has designed a new grain sampling device through analysis of grain’s physical parameters.Optimal design has been carried out on the sampling device with the application of computer models and physical experiments.Under the condition of single grain sampling, structure parameters of groove in sampling device of southern grain and Northeastern grain are determined respectively, with the former 18mm long, 2.5mm wide, 3mm deep and the latter 15mm long, 4mm wide and 4mm deep.
