EXERGY ANALYSIS OF SYSTEM FOR DRYING GRAIN

The thesis analyzes exergy and its transfer rules of system for drying grain, benchmark of drying exergy, structure and efficiency of exergy, and puts forward leading potential field problems on strengthening through exploration to dry high moisture rice in low temperature, and reveals law of qualitative transformation in dynamic drying process, and illustrates exergy loss mechanism and relationship between drying rates and process resistance & power, and establishes a new viewpoint about drying dynamics model based on exergy, and provides foundations of analysis for researching process to reasonably match quantity & quality of drying energy and achieving efficient and energy-saving drying.
