OPTIMIZATION DESIGN FOR DRYING TECHNOLOGY AND STRUCTURE OF POLYFORMALDEHYDE
POM is a kind of modern engineering plastics with excellent characteristics including mechanical properties, fatigue resistance, wear resistance and self lubrication.The demand of POM at home and abroad is huge, while foreign technology to dry TOX is widely used currently in productive process.In order to meet the needs of the domestic large-scale expansion, the plate drying process with nitrogen protection was designed, on the basis of the feature of POM and drying test result, and structure of plate dryer was optimized.The practical result shows that the design parameter of the process is a reliable, and smooth operation, which reaches a good performance of similar products abroad.The process provides a reference for using nitrogen-protected disc drying technology in chemical industry from now on.
