Research on Airlines Air Material Security Planning Base on Supply Chain

摘要：

Air materiel security work is directly related to the locomotive repair can normal ,to ensure the normal operation of the aircraft, flight punctuality, flight for the airline to get credit and get the income. Based on the air material supply chain structure, the air materiel security planning is divided into two parts: first, how to select suppliers and determine the amount of the inventory of spare parts; second, using systems engineering and system simulation to optimize the existing air material supply planning, improve the overall service quality, compress inventory fund, and reduce airline operating costs.
