The Gradient Upgrade of Private Textile Enterprises Going-out Strategy-The Inspiration from Yuemei Corporation Group
With Chinas going-out strategy is promoting constantly; Chinese private enterprises actively participate in transnational operations. Yuemei corporation group could be one of very famous example of Chinese private enterprises going-out. So this thesis takes an example of Yuemei, analyzes its internationalization experience from general trade to acquiring overseas and the corresponding risks. Then the thesis concludes that during the corporations internationalization, Chinese private enterprises should reply on their advantages of management decision and suitable technology, take advantage of the domestic and foreign policy resources, and then promote its internationalizations upgrading so that the industry could be promoted upgrading and the enterprise also could get much more development opportunities.
