The Logical Structure Theory in Strategic Human Resources
Researches on human resources are numerous, but the ones which focus on position system based on organizational culture are not yet mature. In this paper, starting from the organizational culture, it explores the organizational core capabilities from the organizational vision, strategy and key success factors. The main content includes full competence, leadership and professional competence, and building a competency model. On this basis, the paper pays attention to the construction logic of organizational position system, aiming at the direction of the construction of organizational position system.
