A Brief Discussion on How to Construct the Science and Technology Platforms in Colleges and Universities

摘要：

Construction of the science and technology platform mainly includes construction of a resource-sharing platform, construction of a research and development platform, construction of a conversion platform of the achievements, and construction of the communication and cooperation platform in colleges and universities. In the paper, authors discuss on the main research contents for the construction of the science and technology platform, and analyze the exiting problems of the current construction and management of the science and technology platforms in colleges and universities, and suggest that colleges and universities should be dependent on establishing the innovative management mechanism, implementing scientific, rationalized and standardized management, increasing the scientific and technological openingup level used to realize full sharing of resources, and cultivating scientific and technological innovation teams for improving the construction of the science and technology platforms.
