Coufttermeasures and suggestions for improving Management of science and technology achievements in higher universities of geosciences at new stage
At present, science and technology achievements is an important indicator used to reflect the force of disciplines and academic level of scientists, and to assess the practice and advancement of scientific research work in higher universities of geosciences. In order to strengthen management of science and technology achievements and improve management level of science and technology in higher universities of geosciences, authors analyze the detailed content of management of science and technology achievements, and suggest that the administrative staff should establish evaluation system of science and technology achievements, further develop the management regulations of science and technology achievements, construct high-quality management group of science and technology achievements, promote the technical achievement transformation and the high-tech industrialization, and improve management information system of science and technology achievements so as to solve really the main exiting problems in process of science and technology achievements management in higher universities of geosciences at new stage.
