Research for Coagulative Power Contract of Management Team Based on the Psychological Contract

Today enterprise is under the social competition environment which is more and more complex and unstable. Promoting coagulative power of management team, and enhancing psychological contract building of member and organization, which is essential of keep core competition for enterprise. The paper analyses influence the management and its coagulative power on psychological contract, and analyses form of element for which. Come up with suggestions of promote coagulative power of management team and enhance psychological contract building specifically.
