Infomationization of the Engineering Quality Supervising in Economic Development

It is the final destination people pursuit to finish the engineering development with high-quality, and there are a lot of facts proved that we have insufficient exploring information, inadequacy designing, cheating on workmanship and materials and so on. These things can damage quality of engineering development and make engineering accident occurred In order to improve the quality of engineering development, we must commit the total quality supervising in every step of the engineering development, and establish information management system of full quality supervising. If we establish this system, we must have reliable information source, smooth collection channel of information, scientific conduct and management method, and there are research and discuss in this article in those aspects that mentioned above.
