An Experimental Economics Analysis of Graduates Job Selection Strategy(2011)
Data in this paper comes from a Game of Graduate Job Selection Experiment. First introduce the basic situation and summaries of the statistics,then mainly discusses: (1) about the employment situation; (2) about the basic characteristics of graduates have impact to employment; (3) what the employment consequences of the inner abilities of graduates and other relative factors; (4) other aspects that have big influences on employment; (5) the comparable analysis between experiments data and real employment data. At last,find out some useful suggestions taking the accordance of major,the first foundation of job selection,the goal area and other job selection strategies into account.
