The Common Governance Mode and Mechanism for Chinese Private Universities
There are lots of problems in the fast development of Chinese private universities,so how to construct a rational governance model in terms of the specific circumstances of them is very essential. Based on the actuality of Chinese private universities,this paper sets up a common governance mode of the board of directors and university council with the participation of stakeholders,and then studies the governance structure and mechanism of this model, which provides the theory basis and the analytical approach for the governance of private universities.
